Penny Jargella
Peak Performance Horses



Established in 2000, Peak Performance Quarter Horses is
located in Hebron, Indiana (just off I-65). The 20 stall equine facility is set
in the middle of a 71 acre farm, offering training and boarding, as well
as quality horse sales.


Penny Jargella, owner and operator of Peak Performance,
has been riding since she was 10 years old. She started in 4-H, then moved on to
showing Appaloosas, and for the past 13 years showing and breeding Quarter Horses.

Penny started showing novice with a Sky Blue Walker daughter,
then moved into the Amateur division with "Sucha Sly Guy" (AKA Famous).

In 2004 Penny purchased the 1995 stallion "Heza High Style" and began
her inhouse breeding program. Styles is a paternal half brother to the all time
great English horse "Rising Injun"--one of Penny's all time favorite huntseat
horses by "Rise High" and out of an own daughter of "Deck of Stars"
(family of the hot sire "Duplicated Deck").

In 2000, Style's was shown by Mark Harrell in Jr. HUS earning and open
ROM and qualified for the 2000 World Show in Jr. Pleasure driving.
Style's is currently being shown by Penny in the open/select
Amateur HUS events.

In 2006 Penny and Styles finsihed 8th at the Ohio Quarter Horse Congress
in the select AM HUS equitation, as well as earning multiple IQHA year
end high point awards in 2006 and 2007. 2007 was a good year with the sale
of his 2006 filly "Stylelicious" bringing $10,000 at the Congress Sale. Style's
offspring are proving to be very versitle---"Lopin En Style" an accomplished
all around gelding shown in youth by Samantha Eckert, 51.5 NY pts, and
15.5 yth. pts. as well as winning numerous all around awards,"Came To Party"
shown by Andrea Roddy, 7.5 open pts., 14.5 Amateur pts., "Heza Super Style"
ridden by Keri Mercer finsihed 2006 Res. HUS Hi-Point & AM, and "Kruzin In Style"
shown by Joan DeGroot, finishing Top Ten at the 2007 Tom Power HUS Lounge
Line Futurity.

Part of Penny's show team includes Cameron Harter and "Terms Me On"
(bred and raised by Peak Performance Horses). Cameron was 7th in the
11 and under HUS Equitation at the 2007 Quarter Horse Congress, and finished
the year with multiple IQHA youth high point awards. A new member of the show
team Christine Beckman will be showing "As The World Terms" (a full brother to
"Terms Me On") in the Novice Youth and Youth events.
