The IQHA Charity Ride is taking place November 6, 7, 8th 2009.  The ride is sponsored by AQHA and Farnam Companies.  If you are unable to attend the entire event and want to join us for dinner, auction and dancing with Huckleberry Blue on Saturday night, tickets are $20.00 per person.  If you are a trainer and would like to donate your services for the charity auction, please contact Roxanne Swygart at:  goldcoastqh@peoplepc.com.

 

Each day, we learn more and more about the importance of pairing horses with children and adults with disabilities. People with disabilities benefit from therapeutic riding. It is no longer just the smiling face of a child who experienced the joy of riding a horse, but the actual testimonials we hear from people where kids with autism actually speak in sentences and cerebral palsy patients sit and even learn to walk independently.
