Clermont Rodeo Website - Dr. Davis Updates

Dr. Larry Davis died the evening of Sunday, January 13th. Dr. Davis was the owner of the Winchester Rodeo Company and long-time producer of the Clermont Rodeo. He was also a veterinarian based in New Winchester, Indiana. He will be greatly missed by the horse community.

2008 Indiana Quarter Horse Weanling Slot Classes

It is anticipated that $12,000 will be dispersed during this NEW event that will occur on Sunday, September 21, 2008. All other halter and futurity classes will show on Sunday.

12 colt and 12 filly slots are being sold. EVERYONE has until January 12, 2008 to purchase slot classes.
If any slots are unsold they will go up for auction at the IQHA Banquet that will be held the evening of January 12, 2008. Opening bids at the auction will be the regular slot class entry fee.

IQHA Board Meeting

This will be held Tuesday, December 11, 7 p.m. at the Lions Club in Westfield, IN.

Attention ALL Youth members:

We are having a youth meeting January 12th at 11 AM before the award's banquet at the Adams Mark Hotel and Resort in Indianapolis. Hope to see everyone there!

Also, there is a youth world assistance fund, from which AQHA has about $50,000 to give away. Send your application in now!

2008 Banquet will be held on January 12 at the Adams Mark Hotel in Indianapolis.

The Open Show Program extends sincere condolences to Diane and Kenny Hall on their loss of their gelding, “Mikey”. It was a tremendous loss to Diane as her riding friend/companion. View Tribute to Mikey.
